The main problem here is that E17 hasn't been released as a source tarball. The only way to get it is through their cvs. There won't be a port of E17 until either they make a release tarball, or until someone takes a cvs snapshot of it.

Other than that, I've got working ports of most subsystems (again, some of these are only available through cvs). The only port I'm having difficulty with is fam. After applying the FreeBSD patches it compiles fine but fails at the linking stage due to an unresolved _main. Since my C++ & ldd knowledge is mostly basic stuff I can't really see why it blows up, but I think it's quite strange.
