RFC: MPlayer

Ok, let's see what we got here;

• the win32 flavor is extended to compile in quicktime support. It also downloads and installs some quicktime dlls. Unfortunately it SIGILLs when trying quicktime video, audio seems to work though.
• osd menu support is compiled in. To use it, edit ${LOCALBASE}/share/mplayer/input.conf (se instructions at the end of the file), make sure that you have a font installed and feed mplayer the -menu option.
• patches/patch-TOOLS_subfont-c_subfont_c is changed. This does not affect mplayer but rather mplayer-fontmaker. It would be nice if someone into fontmaking could verify that it works.
• new flavor no_mencoder, for us consumers.
• Some html-docs are installed in ${LOCALBASE}/share/doc/mplayer
