mod_frontpage_mirfak to try, maybe someday to replace mod_frontpage broken

Finally got around to trying some enhancements to the test port that Dan Harnett attached to an email to the ports list 25July2002 for using Mirfak to implement mod_frontpage. http://mirfak.sourceforge.net/

I was able to use his test port on two i386 build machines for several months and for the next machine I wanted to try putting the ms frontpage server extenstions in the packages, thus this output. I got it working with the extensions included in the package on 1 intel based machine today. So it is certainly nowhere ready to submit or bother the ports maintainers with till it is used some more. For those of you noodling with frontpage server extensions, and are aware of the mirfak reimplementation of mod_frontpage it will be of some value to look at some notes and downloads of the changes I put on a webpage and the test package I posted at:

I am sure the Makefile, edits to pkg/PLIST, and approaches I did on pkg/INSTALL should be looked at and simplified and improved. Basically to get all the fp50.bsdi files I put them into an archive and used a script in pkg/INSTALL to unarchive into /usr/local/frontpage Not sure that was appropriate but it works for now.

And alas, to keep it simple I stayed with the past layouts so httpd had to be used with "-u" option for the port test.

This port may never be a package on the cdroms due to possible restrictions, but could be convenient to have in the ports.

Also it was important on pkg/PLIST
to say
@mode 4555

sbin/fpexec
@mode

for the setuid......
