(i did all of this as root... some things could be done with sudo, and some things could be done as a normal user)

desdemona# echo '/null -maproot=root localhost' > /etc/exports
desdemona# cd /
desdemona# mkdir /crypt
desdemona# mkdir /null
desdemona# chmod 0 /null
desdemona# portmap
desdemona# mountd
desdemona# /usr/local/sbin/cfsd >& /dev/null
desdemona# mount -o port=3049,nfsv2,intr,soft,bg localhost:/null /crypt
desdemona# cd /root
desdemona# cmkdir crypted

Key: passwordpassword
Again: passwordpassword
desdemona# cattach crypted root
Key: passwordpassword
desdemona# ls /crypt/root
desdemona# dmesg > /crypt/root/dmesg
desdemona# ls -l /crypt/root/

total 8
