GTK+ 2.2 take 2

Hi all,

I have a new diff for gtk+2 to bring it up to 2.2.1. This version fixes some compile problems on macppc (probabaly on all ELF platforms) and fixes the paths in the configuration files (i.e.: now it'll actually work).
