No, that was ok. If you receive no feedback on a port, you most certainly ported an application noone is interested in. From time to time a committer might be bored and check and import such a port, but don't count on it, especially if it was some complicated port or completetly b0rked one. > layout in their ports submission mails that I couldn't find any

I for one only do commits every other week as I am pretty busy currently and have my own projects (own ports, systrace'd port building, ...). Having said this, we are currently less than 5(?) porters actually looking at stuff people submit. You get the idea... > just wondering about how to improve things for the next time. :) )

This, unfortunately, is the way it works. If you don't have fun doing a port, don't do it.
