Updated Mathopd port

Hello,

I've updated my Mathopd port to the latest version of Mathopd, and fixed a few things with the port itself.

The new version of Mathopd (1.4p1) has some nice features, including:

• it can read a named configuration file, instead of stdin;
• it comes with documentation; and
• it comes with a sample configuration file.

Peter Hessler and Dan Weeks helped me out, but if anything is still broken with the port it's my fault. :) It's been tested on macppc, alpha and i386.
