net/pdnsd update. 1.1.7a -> 1.1.8b1-par7

The original author of pdnsd has dropped support for pdnsd, but it has been picked up by another individual. New linuxisms (glibc extensions) have been introduced into the code.

At this point I have ripped the missing glibc extensions from uClibc and tossed them into a compat-linux.c file, which seems to work quite well. I'm running this right now, and so far it's been behaving. More testers would be appreciated.

as a side note, I'm looking at a port of dnsmasq which seems to do all the same stuff and has anti-verisign-wildcard patches... those aren't a high priority for me though since i can type or click my bookmarks correctly.

     GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
