update of mailman, please test

Hi!

Attached diff updates the port of mailman to version 2.1.3. Please test this to ensure I didn't break anything. ;)

Additionally I will drop maintainership with this update. If anyone actually uses mailman and is interested, drop me a note.

Postfix users: Is the postfix FLAVOR of any use to you as it is or should the username be changed to _mailman as suggested by README.POSTFIX? bye,
