A breach of the BSD license? I was under the impression that the ports framework is in the public domain. At least, I don't see a BSD license for it anywhere.

And even if it were under the BSD license, I fail to see how it applies to a MAINTAINER variable (not even clause 3).

And as Marc points out, I'm not the maintainer of any of your "MirBSD ports", I'll simply ignore any problems from people who mail me from using your system. Removing my name is just common courtesy.
