Lemme get this straight. You want to pay me less than I am making now, not provide benefits (and I have great benefits), and want me to work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week? That's not "expensive", that's CHEAP. Good luck trying to find someone who is qualified for that amount of cash.

Of course, all just IMHO.
