e own SIOP_DEBUG define instea of the system-wide one; bzero() the sgl before fillig it up;
avoid reading registers extra times where we have a copy in the vars; on scsi_cmd timeout call siop_handle_reset() directly instead of relying on the RST interrupt which does not happen always it semms; use bus_dmamap_load_raw().
