Adaptec AHA 1540 under OpenBSD 3.2

Dear All,
the adaptec driver had some problems with OpenBSD 3.1 on a i386 machine.
Did somebody fix this for 3.2? Has anyone made positive experiences with old adaptec adapters (like the 1540) with OpenBSD 3.2?
