I'm currently running off a 3.1-current of Aug 2002. First observed in a v2.8 variant. (Having a bit of trouble with the 3.2 upgrade, I think I borked the compiler, will have to track down a 3.2 CD).

I'm using isakmpd in the "all tunnels are defined by entries in isakmpd.conf" idiom.
