  4. to answer your question, i do not know of any such lists. perhaps you could run urlsnarf see where the ads are coming from. maybe grab a junkbuster blockfile, and resolve all the hosts listed therein. or make a list of all kinds of words and syllables related to advertising and try resolve them too.
