OpenBSD Squid and WCCP

> Anyone successfully have Squid running on OpenBSD with WCCP? I have Squid running correctly, meaning I can set my proxy settings in my browser to it and it works. However I am having problems getting it to work with WCCP on a Cisco. The two devices are exchanging Hellos and I_see_yous but I think it has to do with OpenBSD not processing the Cisco's GRE packets. I have been unable to find much info on this issue with OpenBSD.
