3.2 on DL320 G2

I try to to install OpenBSD 3.2 on a Compaq DL 320 G2 Machine but when I boot (from floppy) the system halts with:

WARNING: CAN'T ALLOCATE RAM (4000-0) FROM IOMEN EXTENT MAP! real mem = 133758976 (130624K)
panic: cannott get physical memory for buffer cache

BIOS Memory and POST tell me that there are 128 MB (OK) in DIMM Slot 01

Does anybody know what that means or has anybody tried to install 3.2 on such a machine?
