l2tp support and recomend Win9x vpn client

Greetings:

Is there any l2tp support in the works?

What's a good Win9x vpn client to work with current OpenBSD ipsec/isakmp? Intended use is 802.11b/dhcp access on a NAT'ed external subnet to either the private internal LAN and/or an external public subnet routed to the Internet.

I've experimented with PGPnet (freeware) Cisco VPN client, MS VPN client; each has problems, especially trying to get certificates to work.
