There are many different actions performed between /etc/netstart
end and /etc/rc.local begin, and I afraid, that it (or future additions)
may require fully configured network, that's why I think that network
settings on rc.local is hack. i.e. it works today, but may not work
tomorrow (after update or configuration changes).
