I solved the problem; it was a typo in the IP address of North. I have all three VPNs up and running host-host (next to turn on the actual VPN). On Fri, 2003-03-28 at 01:12, Hakan Olsson wrote:

These were left over from a functioning VPN with a (non-OpenBSD) host that only talked DES, 3DES, MD5, with a 1024-bit group.

I'll switch to Blowfish and SHA, now that I have it working, and these machines are all OpenBSD.
