XF4: belgian keyboard fix

From: Olivier Cherrier <oc(at)karedas.cediti.be>
Date: Sun Apr 27 2003 - 07:09:50 EDT

    Hello,

Here is a small patch that solves my problem with OpenBSD
-current, XF4 4.3.0 and the belgian keyboard.

I have no idea what should be the fourth element! I put 'backslash'...

Would you apply it if accurate. Thanks.
