em and Intel 460t switch

I have some trouble with an Intel 460t switch and an em netcard, I do have connectivity and can browse the internet and so on. But if I do a "tcpdump -n -i em1" on my em interface I get the following output: 13:48:18.477960 48:9c:fe:3b:39:17 1:80:c2:0:0:1 8808 60:

I have read that there is a problem with FreeBSD 5.0 and an Intel 410t
switch,
