I think you better try to solve this with an application proxy on the firewall. A quick google search came up with this:

Apparentely it's for Linux and FreeBSD, so it will probably work on OpenBSD with no or only minor changes.

I haven't tested or used or looked into this at all, but it might be an option. It's probably not a big challenge to create this kind of application level proxy. Oh, and I have no idea why this should be included in the OpenBSD base, except in ports maybe.
