Disk Error

I am having a really bad couple of days, got back from working away for a few days to find my server locked up.

Its basic function is a samba server for all my files. On first view I thought it was due to samba, so after looking at the log file decided that it was a good time to upgrade my version and installed the latest version 2.2.8a and rebooted.

fsck then told be to rerun manually, which I did 3 times until it told me not to rerun again.

Rebooted back into multi-user mode - all appeared fine until the "uncorrectable data error" messages started coming up on screen.

Then my virus checker goes off and I find on one of my workstations I have bugbear virus in a few files!

Not a good day!

What can be done about this "uncorrectable data error" - is it possible to get the fs to ignore this part of the disk?

Do you need help?X

I have attached these logs just for background info, there have not been any more samba errors since I upgraded
