It's limited by the memory available on your host. Each entry uses sizeof(struct pfr_kentry) in the kernel, and a fraction of theses entries need a sizeof(struct radix_mask) as well.

Roughly speaking, on a standard server with 512M RAM, I think you should be able to reach a total of 1'000'000 addresses before eating all memory.

That should be more than enough for spamd.

Now if you want more addresses, you can customize the kernel to kill things like statistics, IPv6 support and so on.
