This is a misc@ question, not tech@.

BIND9 is in base system now, and no longer in ports, 4.9 was for 3.2 and before.

Even if you were using the ports one before upgrade, I'd suggest uninstalling and using the one in base now, quite a few nifty improvements over the stock BIND9.
