rc.securelevel

Just a heads up, should be plenty of time to fix before 3.4.

Looking into my NTP configuration today, and noticed that the startup script (/etc/rc.securelevel) for tickadj (program available from ports/net/ntp/{stable|current}), calls tickadj with options not recognised by either the stable or current version.
Lines in question:
if [ X"${ntpd}" == X"YES" -a -x /usr/local/sbin/tickadj \

    -a -e /etc/ntp.conf ]; then

       echo -n ' tickadj'; /usr/local/sbin/tickadj -Aq fi

-a is 'newadj', -e is not recognised, and I can't see what the ntp.conf is
doing there.
# /usr/local/sbin/tickadj -a -e /etc/ntp.conf /usr/local/sbin/tickadj: unlikely value for tickadj: -e usage: /usr/local/sbin/tickadj [-Adkpqs] [-a newadj] [-t newtick]
