What is the RHEL software development stack?

Hi

The RHEL desktop can be purchased with a workstation option which, according to the website, adds "the full RHEL software development stack". But I haven't been able to discover what is included in this software development stack. Does anybody know what it is or where I would be able to find more information on it?
