disk warnings

Hello,

I saw these messages in 'dmesg' info:

scsi0: ERROR on channel 0, id 3, lun 0, CDB: Read (10) 00 0e ae 9f 27 00 00 08 00
Info fld=0xeae9f2c, Current sdd: sense key Medium Error Additional sense: Unrecovered read error end_request: I/O error, dev sdd, sector 246325032

Does this disk get bad? Can I run fsck to repair it? thanks!
