The RAID 2003 Program Committee invites participants interested in the latest research and development in intrusion detection technology and deployment, to register for RAID 2003 at http://www.raid-symposium.org/raid2003. A preliminary program is available. Over 2 1/2 days, RAID 2003 will welcome 14 presentations and invited talks by Richard Clarke, Former Special Advisor to the President for Cyber Security, and Richard Stiennon of the Gartner Group. In addition, there will be a poster and industry demonstration session one evening.

This symposium, the sixth in an annual series, brings together leading figures from academia, government, and industry to discuss state-of-the-art intrusion detection technologies and issues from the research and commercial perspectives. The RAID International Symposium series is intended to further advances in intrusion detection by promoting the exchange of ideas in a broad range of topics.

Registration information, directions to the symposium, the preliminary program, and the new RAID 2003 symposium poster are all available at the symposium's site: http://www.raid-symposium.org/raid2003. For students we are offering a substantially reduced registration fee.

Please contact the RAID 2003 Program Committee co-chairs Giovanni Vigna (vigna@cs.ucsb.edu) or Erland Jonnson (jonsson@ce.chalmers.se) for additional information.

We look forward to seeing you at RAID 2003!
