re: quotas on Redhat 7.3 problem

Hi all,

I am encountering a problem with quotas for users on Redhat 7.3, I have turned on quotas for /home for my email users. When I type "quotaon -v /home" I get this output:

quotaon: using /home/aquota.user on /dev/hdb1: Invalid argument

I have enabled user quotas using linuxconf on a peruser basis all under the /home directory tree, and my /etc/fstab looks like so:

LABEL=/home /home ext3 exec,dev,suid,rw,usrquota 1 2

I have also ran a "touch aquota.user" on /home as instructed by the redhat docs. Is there something I am missing here? Thanks, and a merry Xmas to everyone.

JClarke
