Yes and no :). I think you need to join the redhat-announce list. They sent out a message 20/12/2002 saying that the end-of-life dates for their products were as follows:
Red Hat Linux 8.0 (Psyche) December 31, 2003
Red Hat Linux 7.3 (Valhalla) December 31, 2003
Red Hat Linux 7.2 (Enigma) December 31, 2003
Red Hat Linux 7.1 (Seawolf) December 31, 2003
Red Hat Linux 7.0 (Guinness) March 31, 2003
Red Hat Linux 6.2 (Zoot) March 31, 2003
So, they'll no longer be supporting the listed product after the dates mentioned. Please note that if you have bought Redhat Advanced Server or one of their other relevant products, that you will continue to be able to get support for those. They suggest that you upgrade before the due date. More details at http://www.redhat.com/apps/support/errata/ RH 9 expires April 30, 2004. Personally, I'm hoping they come out with 9.1 by the end of the year, so that I can shift to that. But then again, I also want to use cfengine :).
