Exchange 5.5 delivery receipts

A little help on Exchange 5.5 sp4.
I've recently received emails from some of my clients stating that all = the delivery receipt they asked for, has sensative information about the = exchange box i am running. Is there a way to disable delivery/read = receipt on the exchange server, and prevent any type of these emails to = be sent out??
