I also found the bmss.exe showing up on a "sample server health report" @ http://new.inetc.net/Products/DedicatedServers/HealthCheck/sample.htm... not any real help. If bmss.exe IS the "BMonitor Session Manager" from Microsoft, it makes me think of Compaq's SNMP software... I think it's called "Insight Manager" or something like that... which leads me to believe bmss.exe could be a proprietary program. Try to search the manufacturer sites of your server's components. It might be BMonitor Session Manager FOR Microsoft. HTH,
