Customising user rights on win2k Pro

('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is)

Local user is allocated only "Users" Right on the win2k Pro workstation. "User" rights disable a user from changing IP address or defragmentation tasks which generally required "Administrator" rights. Is there ways to fine tune these Rights allocation so without giving higher acess rught than "Users".

Any help will de deeply apprteciated.
