AW: Question about windows service

Hi,

The service is crashed, so it is probably still running (you can use task manager to verify that), but cannot be controlled by the service control manager, so you cannot stop or start the service. There are two possible solutions:

  1. Reboot the machine
  2. Kill the executable using pview (NT Reskit) or a similar tool

Regards,

Jens Mickerts

Betreff: Question about windows service

Hi, I suddenly met this problem, not sure how to solve it.

Some of my services cannot be started and the status is shown "stopping", then I try to use "net stop", but it returned the following message. Could anyone suggest any solutions for this?

Thanx
Donny
