Thanks for all the suggestions guys, but it turns I had to enter a manual entry on the router's arp cache for the NLB vip, not sure if this was the real issue, but its working....

is the anonymous user the same for all machines? Have you tried defining
one anonymous user within the domain (which then replicates across all the
machines)? You might look at
