Because of Comcast's use of DHCP and dynamic IP addresses, the number of infected machines may be MUCH less than the number of IP addresses you posted.

I wouldn't wait another day. Given the timestamp in the "Received" header, Comcast should be able to look at its logs and determine who was connected to each particular IP address and warn them.
