Incidents Mailing List Administrivia

To the subscribers of the Incidents mailing list,

Earlier I approved a message to the Incidents mailing list that clearly should have been rejected. On January 24th, a message entitled "Re: SGI.com hosts HACKED and being abused by scriptkiddies on IRC." that allegedly originated from "Matthew Wells", was sent to list subscribers.

It was not my intent to approve this and I regret mistakenly allowing it through. I apologize for any confusion it may have caused.
