[RFC] Renaming libnet-1.1.1 to libnet2-1.1.1

People who maintain BSD and Linux distributions are faced with a serious problem: because libnet-1.0 and libnet-1.1 are incompatible, and because not all programs have migrated to libnet-1.1, both versions of the library must coexist.

One approach is to rename libnet-1.1.1 to libnet2-1.1.1. (I'm sure there are many other approaches, but this one seemed obvious.)

I played around with this a bit just now. Here's a patch that seems to do the trick. I'm not proposing it be applied yet, just asking for comments. It's a large patch only because renaming files shows up in patches in a very bulky way. I've attached it compressed with bzip2.

This patch also includes the update to autoconf-2.5x; that's just an accident, and shouldn't get in the way too much, I hope.
