TCP answering machine

        Hi,

I add support for TCP in the answering machine :

The sample given built a full TCP session handshake without having any socket listenig on the source port (don't forget to set your firewall such that no RST is sent when the SYN|ACK arrives on the closed port).

I need to write more sample programs to test all the situations that have to be supported with TCP (various flags like RST or FIN - they are currently supported, but I need to test them).
