Help!

Need to write a program on Solaris 8 to do the follwing:

1 set the ToS (DSCP) field in the IP header. 2 set the TAG field in 802.1Q/p frame, 802.1Q/p has two new fields (4 more bytes) than the normal 802.3 Ethernet frames.

Is this something that Libnet can do? Any other suggestions on how I can achieve the above requirements? Your help and insights will be greatly appreciated!
