how to build RIP and DNS packets

Dear libnet Developers / Programmers,

I´m student and new to libnet. It works fine, except building RIP and DNS packets.
I´m using the Link Layer Interface and I build first the Ethernet Frame, IP Frame, UDP Frame.
With calling libnet_build_dns() and libnet_build_rip() my application crashs. I´m using libnetNT from eeye and develop under MSCV60, but I think it is a problem of understanding libnet generally (a problem myself). Can anyone send me an (pure libnet) example how to build and send a RIP and / or DNS packet using libnet, please? I just spend a lot of time debugging my program, but I didn´t find the mistake, so I joined to this mailing list
