Better patch for single pass over the list

i still had got to consider some particular pblocks that don't contain a header (but options or data)...

now i've began to do some tests... tcp1.c behaves in the same manner with RC003 and with this patch...

i'm working with my loopback interface, tcpdump -w and cmp -i 42

this afternoon i'll do some more tests with udp... think (hope :) they should work... i'll let you know cheers
