I am currently helping port 1.1.1 RC (003,004,005) to NT 4/2000/XP/2003 based on some previous work by Roberto Larcher (1.1.0 port that didn't fully work for me, although YMMV
http://utenti.lycos.it/webteca/libnet.htm).

I have had success with Visual C++ .NET as well as Visual C++ 6.0.

If you are referring to the older version, check www.securitybugware.org/libnetnt for libnetNT-1.0.2f.

I have also been fixing the cygwin / cygwin+mingw port as well. "Out of the box" it did not work for me, however so far I have been able to get it to link to winpcap (without WPCAP defined) and I have finished rewriting libnet_ifaddrlist() to support VC++ and cygwin at the same time. Next on my TODO is to finish up my rewrite of libnet_write_link().

My version of the code is pretty forked right now (from both Roberto's work and from Mike's), although I am hoping to get a clean merge into 1.1.1 soon that will build for cygwin/cygwin+mingw/MS VC++.

No real troubles so far, just need time.

-Kirby
