And I in turn ported your 1.1.0 version to 1.1.1 and did some rewriting and code cleanups. Just wanted to publically give you credit...

Also I will be creating an installer package for the .lib and Libnet dll that will check for, but not include winpcap existence.

Expect a Win32 help file too.
