icmp-routed 0.0.1 released

icmp-routed allows to cross the vlans of a switch which offers telnet login and hence pretends to work at level 3. it can also be used as an icmp tunnel if we don't take into play a third part. but it's different from an icmp tunnel in that it doesn't have a client and a server but two (or more) peers.
