libnet patch - 1.0.2a header checks, SIOCGIFADDR

Since version 1.0.2a is deprecated, but I need it to build dsniff on Solaris, I'm issuing a small patch to correct a couple of problems. This started because I got the error about SIOCGIFADDR not being found in libnet_resolve.c - which led to discovering that sys/sockio.h wasn't being recognized by the configure script because it didn't know how to run the preprocessor. Anyway, from the patch header -
This patch modifies configure.in to correctly determine the C preprocessor
command, which it later uses to try to determine the existence of a bunch
of header files. Without this patch, and without explicitly setting the
CPP
