Can anyone ID this dialup device

All,

A recent wardial came up with a device that I cant ID, neither can PhoneSweep. Here is the session:

Enter login name: admin
Enter password:
Invalid login. Please try again.
Enter login name: test
Enter password:
Invalid login. Please try again.
Enter login name: test
Enter password:
Login unsuccess

Then it disconnects. Has anyone seen this one before? I tried the usual references and Google but came up empty.
