If I understand correctly, this is not possible on the server side. You'd have to hack the client (which obviously isn't feasible if the client is running on the user's personal machine).

The SSH client just sends the key to the server. It doesn't bother telling the server what it had to do in order to read the key, including any pass phrases, etc. Received on Wed Nov 27 12:15:14 2002
